Adventure Out Australia are your outdoor adventure specialists. We are able to provide you with all the gear you need for a safe day of abseiling, climbing and caving. We can also provide you with all the gear you will need for a weekend away bushwalking or a extended trek. Have a look at what we have for sale at the moment. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Postage is also included (within Australia). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). You will also receive an email directly from Adventure Out Australia confirming your order. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few hours of ordering (if ordering occurs between 8am-4pm WST). We will send your goods via postage within 3-8 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Adventure Out Australia ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 8 9472 3919 to enquire about a special order.
Refund & Returns Policy
Please choose carefully. We don't not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund and an exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertised. You must notify us within 1 week from the time your receive the goods. Please email us at aout@adventureout.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Adventure Out Australia will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
