OUTDOOR ADVENTURES
It is not uncommon for us to reach our activity maximum and have to turn others away. When we accept and confirm your booking, that portion of our capacity is then unavailable to other people. Many of the costs associated with your adventure are committed long before you arrive. Food, insurance, staffing, vehicle and equipment are all paid or booked in advance. These costs are unrecoverable if you cancel. For this reason, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policies. Late cancellations and no shows are therefore ineligible for any type of reimbursement.
For cancellations 2 days prior to program date, a fee of 30% of the program cost will be deducted from monies paid with the balance refunded. Any cancellations after this time will not be eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds for No-Shows on the day of the program.
Adventure Out will transfer your booking at no cost if notification is received one working week prior to activity commencement. Transfer requests received after this time will incur a $20.00 transfer fee payable to Adventure Out before transfer can be made. If you ring us to transfer on the day of your program, this will be treated as a No Show and therefore you will no be eligible for a refund or a transfer.
Adventure Out Australia reserves the right to cancel programs, with a full refund given.
Adventure Out Australia may at anytime change the approved and accepted itinerary or substitute activities due to unforseen circumstances. Notification will be given as early as possible.

Cancellation, postponement conditions
This quotation is valid for 6 months. A 30% deposit is required within one month of acceptance of this proposal.
Upon the acceptance of this program, the Client agrees to the following conditions:
Adventure Out requires full payment of the program 4 weeks prior to commencement.
Adventure Out Australia reserves the right to cancel any program. In this event a full refund will be given.
Adventure Out Australia may at anytime change the approved and accepted itinerary or substitute trek tours due to unforseen circumstances. Notification will be given as early as possible.
CORPORATE & EDUCATION
Programs cancelled 14 - 8 days prior to the commencement date, will incur an administration fee that will be either deducted from your deposit or invoiced where applicable.
For cancellations 7 days prior to program date, a fee of 30% of the program delivery cost will be charged.
Adventure Out Australia reserves the right to cancel programs, with a full refund given.
