It's a Knockout!

It has been a long debated issue. Who is the best work team within your organisation? Accounts Payable? Administration? Sales? Marketing? IT? Now is your chance to prove it.

The It's a Knockout program is designed for large groups wanting to inject the competitive spirit between work teams and a chance to celebrate all the hard work your employees do for the organisation. It also provides a chance for large organisations to get together in the same place at the same time.

The day starts with a practise of the race before a break for lunch. After lunch, teams perform their team chant in an effort to scare the opposition and then the race is on to see which team is the best at working together to complete the course.

 
Possible venues

This program can be run anywhere there is a large open grassy area. Alternatively this program could also be run indoors (stadium or ballroom) with a few alterations to activities. Examples of outdoor venues include:

Adventure Out will supply:

• All specialised activity equipment and safety gear for the day
• Qualified staff and technical support personnel
• First Aid kits
• Staff transport and safety response vehicle as required
• Access to venues
• Morning tea
• A CD of photos taken during the day
• $10 million public liability insurance
