Abseiling and Canoeing (Swan Valley)

The day is a combination of two very different outdoor activities. Begin with a rush down the rocks with abseiling at Boya quarry. A comprehensive introduction to abseiling equipment and techniques with a full safety brief is given. These activities are designed to explore the concepts of risk taking, personal challenge and goal setting.

After an adventurous morning of abseiling, you have the option of a picnic style lunch or for something a little more fancy, lunch at one of the wineries.

The afternoon session takes participants onto the Swan River. We paddle down through the grape vines to finish at one of the valley's favourite wineries. Once at the winery, familiarise yourself with some of their best wine with a wine tasting experience before heading back to work.

• Qualified and friendly staff
• Transport for the day including pickup and drop back
