Whether you choose from a 1 day team development course in the Perth metropolitan area or a 10 day expedition in the Katherine Gorge, our challenges have been specially designed to enhance team work and set new parameters for individual achievement. Of course not all our adventure programs have an ulterior training motive! Although many are designed to meet specific management goals, others are based purely on fun and adventure. Giving co-workers a chance to unwind and enjoy a personally rewarding experience. With your input we will design a program for your team constructed around your budget, allotted time frame and chosen activities.
Indoor programs
For those who prefer not to get their feet wet or clothes dirty, our indoor activities also offer comprehensive team training. Our interactive workshops are built around team development theory, including communication, awareness of self and others, leadership, emotional quotient within your team environment and continuous improvement.
Outdoor Programs
In our experience working in small groups teaches participants about aspects of team work such as respect, co-operation, communication, trust, problem-solving and leadership. In an adventure activity, individuals rely on each other as well as themselves, developing coping strategies in challenging situations that can be implemented back in the work place and day-to-day situations.
Our outdoor corporate programs include abseiling, navigation, raft building, white-water rafting, canoeing and various team development challenges.
This program focuses on teaching people about the basics of being part of a team. The day is split into two halves. The morning session involves a range of challenges and problems. Each group has an experienced team development consultant who will debrief the learning derived from each of the activities.
This program is designed as a follow-up to our Team Development program. It focuses on all the theory previously learnt and allows you to attempt more of our specifically designed team challenge problems. When we self reflect, our tendency is to say that we meant well. But those around us judge us by our actions, not our intentions. This course will assist leaders just like you to consider how their actions affect others - and themselves.
This program is designed to invest time in the personalities in your team. We focus on leadership, communication, culture and morale. We do this with a range of team orientated adventure based activities (bush navigation, abseiling and team problem solving).
The day is a combination of two very different outdoor activities. Begin with a rush down the rocks by going abseiling at Boya Quarry. A comprehensive introduction to abseiling equipment and techniques with a full safety brief will be given. These activities are designed to explore the concepts of risk taking, personal challenge and goal setting.
Dash for Cash to earn your team '$1 million' with activities that are designed to explore the concepts of risk taking, personal challenge and goal setting within a set time. Team members will have the opportunity to earn 'cash' through abseiling, rock climbing and flying fox, leaping either superman or crucifix style.
Just as the name suggests, this is a race with a difference. The winning team of the Amazing Race is the team that gets the most points during the race and not necessarily the team that finishes first.
This new and unique 'Australian adventure activity' has been adapted for the beaches of Perth. Croc Surfing has you riding the waves in 12' self-bailing white water rafts or 2-man crocs with plenty of 'thrills and spills'. These rafts make it easy to paddle out through the surf and onto the waves for an awesome ride back to the beach, although you do get a little swimming practice!
You arrive for your fun filled team development day at Burswood Park to discover that terrorists plan to blow up the city with thermo-nuclear bombs. The bombs have been planted on Heirisson Island and bridge access to the island has been cut off.

Escape to the Swan Valley for a corporate challenge on the Swan River. Take advantage of either our eight person inflatable rafts or two person inflatable canoes.
