Collie & Perth Explorer - International Schools

A very popular program with our international schools, the Collie & Perth Western Australian Adventure Camp is based on 6 days, 5 nights. The program is also popular with country based schools looking to come to the 'big smoke' with kids that have never been to Perth before.

The program includes rafting and bush camping in Collie before returning to dorm accommodation in Perth for day trips to the Swan Valley, Rottnest, Kings Park and surrounding Perth suburbs.

Listed below is a typical 6 day, 5 night camp outline however the below is only a guidleine and can be altered to suit your timeframe.

Program outline

Day 1 - Arrive Perth, travel to local quarry for Abseiling & Rock Climbing before traveling down south the Collie for bush camp out.

Day 2 - Spend the day rafting the Collie River, bush camp out.

Day 3 - Pack up camp, trvael to Secret Harbour for surf lesson, travel to Perth accommodation.

Day 4 - Travel to Rottnest Island for snorkelling, bike riding and swimming before returning to Perth for some late night shooping and the movies.

Day 5 - Travel to the Swan Valley to visit the local chocolate factory, supa golf and a local wildlife farm for a sheep sheering demonstration as well as whip cracking and a chance to feed the kangaroos.

Day 6 - Pack up accommodation, travel to Hillary's Boat Harbour for water slides, trampolines and last minute souvenir shooping. Aussie BBQ dinner at Kings Park followed by 10 pin bowling, then off to the airport to head home.

Remember this camp can be extended or shortened as required.
